Before our crews arrive, please clear the area around the water meter and exercise the main water valve.
If anyone in the household has been sick within the last 14 days or has been exposed to someone who has been sick, please call SPU and reschedule the appointment for two weeks.
If your main water valve needs to be repaired, you can contact the City of Sun Prairie Building Inspections Department for permits at (608) 825-1184.
